We review drawings and inspect the structure to confirm the cutting method, access and any structural implications
Planning and method statement
Sequencing, safety controls and dust/vibration management are agreed before work starts
Controlled cutting
Work is carried out using the equipment and method identified at assessment stage, with ongoing monitoring of noise, dust and vibration
Clearance and handover
Arisings are removed and segregated, and the area is handed back ready for the next trade or phase
