Demolition Project Management

We manage/consult on a range of complex projects effectively and professionally, complying with all legal, environmental, and health and safety compliance related issues. This includes providing site security, welfare, and the isolation and disconnection of services. It also includes the control of approved sub-contractor activities within the project, and importantly, continued and concise liaison with other project duty holders, government agencies, local authorities, emergency service providers, and users of the local environment such as residents, schools, hospitals and local business owners.
