Bradley Group is delighted to announce that it has been appointed as an approved contractor on the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026, managed by Pagabo on behalf of YPO.

With a value of £4.29 billion, this is the largest infrastructure procurement framework Pagabo has brought to market to date. As an approved contractor for the next four years, Bradley will be able to support projects across sectors including central and local government, the NHS, blue light services, housing and education.

The Largest Infrastructure Procurement Offering to Date

The framework brings together 111 appointed suppliers across 13 lots spanning civil engineering, infrastructure and enabling works, and combines the scopes of Pagabo’s previous National Framework for Civils and Infrastructure and National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation. It is compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024, giving public sector bodies a straightforward route to appointing contractors for transformational schemes.

Being named among the appointed suppliers reflects the evidence Bradley provided of its ability to deliver high-quality enabling works and demolition projects collaboratively, safely and to a consistent standard.

Recognition from Pagabo

The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability. The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands.

A Fantastic Achievement for the Whole Team

This is a fantastic achievement for our whole team, and we look forward to building strong partnerships and working collaboratively to deliver successful projects across the public sector.

Being appointed to a framework of this scale gives Bradley a long-term route to working alongside central and local government, the NHS, blue light services, housing providers and education bodies — extending the reach of our enabling works and demolition capability well beyond our existing commercial and industrial client base.

Looking Ahead

As the framework mobilises over the coming months, Bradley will be working to build the collaborative relationships that will underpin successful delivery over its four-year term. We’ll continue to share updates on the projects this appointment brings.
