Acting as principal contractor Bradley Group successfully carried out the demolition of The Rose Suite stand and removal of building foundations to make way for a six storey block containing a hotel extension and new seating.

Alongside the mechanical demolition Bradley Group also carried out asbestos removal, remediation, and service diversions, installed sheet piling and installed the piling mat.
